Hello there… Nice to meet you!
I am a mom and visual artist. I was born in Kishinev, Moldova and moved to the US with my parents from the age of 9. I began to look at the world and life differently 14 years ago when I first picked up a paintbrush.
It really was one of those things that happens to you and you realize your life will never be the same.
I work in my spacious, dream come true home art studio. Above our garage on the second floor and a short walk from the main house. It has lots of natural light coming in and is bright and airy with views of the Sierra Mountains.
You can find me here with soft music on, candles burning, tea in hand, occasionally writing poems and painting away for many hours at a time.
However, I have been turning to painting in nature more often lately, on our home deck or on the slopes of our land around us. Either way, if someone brings me a meal, I can spend many hours and not even notice how they flew by. To me this is not my job, it is my passion and utter joy.
When I paint, all the cares of the world disappear. It brings me harmony.

For me painting is both therapeutic as well as a mindful and visual experience. To be able to evoke a feeling in someone that they can visually see and that it touches their emotions and captures their senses, it really is an honor for me to paint for others to relate and be able to experience it.
Want to know what makes my heart flutter?
Spreading the emotion of peace and harmony through nature on to a canvas and then having it passing on into someone's space. To create with my own hands something that takes on a life of its own, and then gives back beauty not just to me, but to others.
